  • If nothing helps, please contact AstroWiz and provide many details as possible (along with screenshots) to explain the situation so that we may help you troubleshoot.

If you cannot find a product or service that you paid for, first check that you were charged for the product or service (to make sure that the purchase was successful). If payment has been verified but you still do not have access to the product or service, please contact AstroWiz and provide as many details as possible (along with screenshots) to explain the situation so that we may help you troubleshoot.

In order to unsubscribe from Emails, please look at the very bottom of any Email sent by AstroWiz and find the link to unsubscribe from our Emails.  That will then lead you to a site devoted to helping you remove yourself from our mailing list.

Log into your AstroWiz account using the top menu and find the option to update your profile

If you wish to remove all of your information from our system, please send us an email and we will make sure to take this action on your behalf

Currently, we do not send it by E-mail. But there is an easy way to get quick access to it: put a bookmark to your daily horoscope on your desktop or mobile device, and it will always be there for you on click away.

You have permission to store personal charts of public interest as images (PNG, PDF, GIF, SVG, JPEG) on your local computer, and to publish such images on other websites or news groups. This must be for private and/or educational purposes, i.e. you must not offer an astrological public service based on such charts.
